Cindy Johnson-Perry is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life is firmly grounded in faith, family, and service. She shares 24 years of marriage with her wife, Johnika Johnson-Perry. Together, they are the proud parents of two children and the joyful grandparents of one grandchild. Family is the foundation from which Cindy draws her strength, purpose, and unwavering commitment to serve.
She is the Founder and CFO of Concierge Life Care LLC, a home care and senior living solutions provider dedicated to high-quality, personalized service. Her leadership reflects a lifetime commitment to dignity, compassion, and the well-being of her community.
A native of Garner, North Carolina, Cindy retired with distinction after a 30-year career in law enforcement, culminating in her role as Lieutenant of Investigations with the Wake Forest Police Department. She protected and served with integrity, discipline, and compassion. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University, solidifying her foundation in leadership and justice.
Her passion for service continues through her ministry at Imani MCC of Durham, where she serves as a Deacon in Training, Church Board Member, Usher, and member of the AV Global Impact Team. She is also honored to serve as armor bearer to Senior Pastor Annie Ross, roles she carries with humility, strength, and deep spiritual devotion.
Even in retirement, Cindy remains a protector, not just of people, but of purpose, faith, and legacy. Whether in uniform or in ministry, she stands as a steadfast example of grace, strength, and obedience to God’s call. Her life reflects an unshakable commitment to lead, uplift, and protect with heart, honor, and divine purpose.
